• Do you have a store front?

No, I work strictly in my own kitchen, I do not currently have a commercial store front

• Do you ship?

No unfortunately we do not. Our Creations are sensitive to specific handling and we would prefer you enjou our goods without the possiblity of breaking.

• Do you deliver?

Locally we can deliver, the best option would be for you to pickup. We are located in the Valencia, CA area.

Ultimately the best way to get your order is to pick it up, details of where to pick up can be specified before you pay any money.

• Do you require a deposit?

Yes, I do require a deposit before starting the order. I will not ask for any money until you confirm what you would like. In order to start the order however, a deposit or full payment is required. Deposit is half of the full amount, full payment is required before any pickup or delivery. 

• How does pricing work?

Typically I charge $55 per dozen cookies however this is subject to change depending on the cookie design. Some designs are way harder than others and i have to estimate the time and effort it will take to make your order come to life. So the starting price is $55, however all pricing and reasoning will be broken down and presented. If agreed, deposit would be due for the work to begin.

• Where are prices Listed?

Currently the only posted prices is $55 per order, I don't have a set menu or page at the moment.

• How long in advance do I need to make an order?

Ideally a week in advance would be perfect, this allows me to coordinate getting ingredients and scheduling around the time you will need your order ready by. I want to ensure that I dont ruin your occaision with poor planning, so please give me time to ensure I have the proper time to make your special delivery.
