Payment

We accept Venmo and Cash, credit card is coming soon and we will let you know! We can also send invoices to businesses upon request.

Refunds

We offer refunds for orders that have yet to be started. Typically orders are started the week they are due, so anytime before that a refund can be requested for any partial or full amount. Once it is within the 7 day window, I will give either full refunds or partial refunds depending on materials and time put in.

Changes to the order

Orders can be changed at anytime leading up to when i start the order. Once the cookies are started, i cannot change their shapes, Also depending on where I am in the process colors can change and maybe some other items on the cookie. Please reach uot to me with any changes as soon as possible and we can work something out.

Pickup Times

Pick up date and time is determined when payment is made. Please arrive promptly as I may have other pickup occurring or events. If you are 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. 

Use of Cookie Ideas in Photography

I will be making and taking photographs of your design for use of my portfolio. If for any reason you dont want your design featured in the website or social media, please let me know when placing the order.

Nutrition and Allergies

I will be providing the ingredients label in each product. Please also notify us of any potential allergies to ensure that we take extra precaution with your order. Currently, I work with an area that processes eggs, milk, tree nuts, and some shell fish. Not that all these things are present at the time of cookie making, however bringing your needs to our attention helps us to ensure we comply with your needs.
